Program Description:

All faculty wishing to lead a study abroad or domestic study program during Winter Break 2024, Spring Semester 2025, Spring Break 2025, Summer 2025, or Fall Semester 2025, must submit a proposal request to WORLD by May 24, 2024 for all NEW programs and June 7, 2024 for recurring programs.  You are encouraged to submit well before either deadline to optimize the planning and marketing process.  Faculty looking to run programs Fall Semester or Winter Break 2024 will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

WORLD can help contact some study abroad providers to give you a price quote, which will help you with this application and budget.  Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for the provider to give a sample itinerary and price quote.  Let us know if you are already working with a program provider for logistics.
