Program Description:
Stetson students planning to study or intern abroad on a Stetson-approved program are welcome to apply for scholarships through this online application.  Scholarships are primarily need-based; however, merit is also taken into consideration.  While priority will be given to students studying on Stetson programs (exchange or faculty-led), WORLD will also consider applications for students studying abroad on qualifying affiliate programs through CIEE, IES Abroad, and The Education Abroad Network (TEAN). Programs must be credit-bearing in order to qualify for a scholarship.

NOTE ON COVID-19: If Stetson cancels university-sponsored travel due to COVID-19, we will be unable to distribute study abroad scholarships.  


Scholarships are given through the student account; no cash awards are given.
Please note that students are eligible to receive up to one study abroad scholarship per year (either fall, spring, or summer).
